Basic configuration
① Box material: Outer shell made of 1.5mm cold steel plate, surface coated with paint, inner shell made of 1.5mm stainless steel plate (galvanized or A3 cold plate can be selected)
② Door structure: Front and rear double doors, container pull dry door handle, high temperature resistant silicone strip
③ Insulation layer: 100mm aluminum silicate fiber
④ Circulation mode: Horizontal air supply, 1 1000W blower motor
⑤ Heating element: covered W-shaped far-infrared electric heating tube (top heating area), 6 tubes totaling 18KW
⑥ Temperature control method: contactor on/off output, PID intelligent dual digital temperature controller main control
⑦ Timer device: 0-99.99 hour constant temperature timer, automatically cuts off heating and sound and light alarm when the time is up
